These terms and conditions including where appropriate any appendix (Terms and Conditions) apply to the services provided on this website (the Services). Registration: To create an account, you will be asked to provide data including your name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. If you register for the premium service, we will ask you for payment (for example a credit card) and billing information. By creating an account you agree to the Terms and Conditions

(ii) You will not create more than one personal account.
(iii) You will not share your password.
(iv) If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
(v) You will not copy the content forming part of the Services (the Stratabet Data) or otherwise breach our Intellectual Property Rights.
(vi) You will not use the Services for the purposes of a trade or business or distribute or re-sell any content forming part of the Services.
(vii) You will not use the Services if you are under 18.
(viii) You will not
(1) reverse engineer or decompile (whether in whole or in part) any software available through the Services; or
(2) make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the Services or any material or information contained on it.
(ix) You will not use the Services if to do so would be illegal in the country from which you are accessing the Services.
(x) You will not use the Services to engage in any activity or transact with any third party which has the purpose or effect of causing damage to or in any way hindering our business operations or generating or increasing a liability on us, including without limitation any tax, levy or duty collecting authority;
(xi) You will not use the Services to transmit information that assists in the placing of bets or wagers on any sporting event or contest from any territory where it is illegal to do so; and/ or
(xii) You will not procure or otherwise arrange, whether directly or indirectly, for a third party to transmit information that assists in the placing of bets or wagers on any sporting event or contest from any territory where it is illegal to do so.
(c) If you sign up for the premium service, your subscription will be subject to the Stratagem payment terms as further set out in Appendix 1. If you are accessing the Services via a mobile device, your carrier’s normal rates and fees will still apply even if you are using the free version of the Services.
(a) As part of the Services we may provide you with access to various information and content. This may include form data, results, current scores, time elapsed, and other information relating to a sporting event. Such information may be supplied via the Services and via links to third party websites. Such information is described in these Terms and Conditions collectively as the “Information”.
(b) The Information provided may be sourced by us from a third party. Although some Information may be described as “live”, or it may be implied that such Information is “live”, you should be aware that this data may be subject to a time delay. The Information may also be inaccurate. The Information is supplied “as is” and is provided for guidance only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, the accuracy, quality, completeness or timeliness of the Information.

(b) The following use of StrataBet Data is strictly prohibited without the specific prior written consent of Stratagem: commercial use by any person; and/or
any use for any purpose by a competitor of Stratagem, or an employee, contractor or agent of any such competitor.
(c) Screen scraping, web scraping or any other automated or manual collection of StrataBet Data, for commercial use by any person, is expressly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Types of Subscription: We may offer various types of subscription, details of which are available at www.stratabet.com. We reserve the right to vary the amount of content and types of Services.
Contract formation: We will try to process your subscription promptly but this does not guarantee that your subscription will be activated by any specified time. By submitting your payment and other subscription details, you are making an offer to us to buy a subscription. We will accept your offer and a contract will be formed when we have successfully verified your payment details and email address, at which point we will provide you with access to your subscription. We reserve the right to reject any offer at our sole discretion.
Payment Details: When you purchase a subscription, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If we do not receive payment authorization or authorization is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate your subscription or suspend access. In suspicious circumstances we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. In the event of a claim for fraud, you may be required to demonstrate to us or to your payment provider that you have taken appropriate measures to safeguard the security of your payment details. If you are entitled to a refund we will credit that refund to the card you used to submit payment, unless it has expired In which case we will contact you.
Renewals: When you place your subscription order with us, you agree that at the end of the initial subscription period (and of each renewal period thereafter), your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period at the then prevailing renewal rate, which may be changed from time to time. We will charge the subscription using the same payment method that you previously used.
Refunds: We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we are prevented from providing services to you by circumstances beyond our control. If we terminate your subscription for any reason and/or permanently suspend the Services or cease to provide subscription services then, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a pro rata refund. This means that we will refund you with any amounts that you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining and unexpired period of your subscription.
Pricing: The subscription price will be made clear to you during the sign-up process and may vary from time to time or by country. You agree to pay the subscription fee at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription. For certain subscriptions you can take out either an annual or monthly (or other frequency we offer) subscription. Other subscription services may only require a one-off payment. You can also take out any other fixed term or payment frequency that we may offer from time to time. The currency in which your subscription is payable will be specified during the order process, depending on the service and your country of residence. Eligibility for any discounts is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. We will always tell you in advance of any increase in the price of your subscription and offer you an opportunity to cancel it if you do not wish to pay the new price.
Pricing errors: if we incorrectly state a price to you whether online or otherwise, we are not obligated to provide you with a subscription at that price, even if we have accepted your offer to buy a subscription at that price. We reserve the right to notify you subsequently of any pricing error. If we do this, you may cancel the subscription without any obligation to us and we will refund you any money you have paid us in full, or you may pay the correct price
Other costs: in addition to the subscription fee you are charged, certain banks and credit card issuers will charge a foreign transaction fee on transactions which take place abroad or in a foreign currency. We are not responsible for any such charges. You are also responsible for paying any internet connection or telecommunications charges that you may incur by accessing the Services. For example, if you use any of our mobile services then your network operator may charge you for data or messaging services.
Taxes: Stratagem Technologies Limited is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. Our UK VAT registration number is 185 8480 62. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on our website are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or other sales taxes.

How long will we keep your personal data?
